Well, the students are back and I’m actually a bit excited. It’ll be nice to have some help around here. I’ve been given three techs that all seem pretty willing. Now I have to create our plan of attack.
I’m trying to remember what Keith used to do with us to get us moving on stuff, but mostly he just told us who was having a problem and we would just go troubleshoot it. Now I need to find the balance between looking over these guys shoulders and leaving them alone as they work things out. That’s gonna be tough because I don’t really know what they’re capable of. So, I’m trying to make it clear that I’m available for any questions they might have about anything I’m having them look at.
Overall, there is huge a potential of reduced workload. We’ll see what happens.
