Ashton

Drew and I got together the other day and he showed me around his new office. Afterward we pulled a couple chairs up in my back yard and had a couple Ashton Classic Churchills. My first experience with an Ashton cigar was very good; it was smooth and pretty mild, very well made. This experience was no different.
Ashton Band
During this time we decided we should start a Cigar club of sorts, meeting occasionally. Let me know what you think.

Quote

This is probably an egregious mis-quote, but here’s the gist:

“God probably just got tired of having control of all that money so he said to Bill ‘here ya go, I don’t really need this.’”

Of course we’re talking about Bill Gates.

New Connection

The connection at work has been painfully slow since we switched from our $900/month ACD/KMC T1 to an $80/month TDS XData about a year and a half ago.

I contacted Comcast on Monday and on Tuesday faxed them the paperwork they had emailed. Today (Friday) they came around noon and did the installation (20 minutes) and at 1:30 I made the necessary changes to our killer firewall. The speed tests I did came up something like this:

Xdata (partial T1) - 450k
Cable (corporate) - 4600k

It’s mostly a beaufitul thing. On the inside of our firewall, though, the speed is only two or three times as fast.

It’s good anyway.

Tuesday Night

After some rousing conversation tonight, it has been decided that we should make ‘Tuesday Night’ shirts. This could prove difficult/costly. customink.com and like places don’t support multiple colors of shirt in the same order. So, perhaps something less purchased online and more made with good materials is in order. If you’re interested, holla’.
