At LCS we’re trying to get our technology up to snuff. This includes replacing about 50 lab computers, buying 3 new servers and 6 science computers with compatible laboratory equipment and getting some of the classrooms equipped with video projectors.
All this comes to something like $47,000.
That happens to be a bit more than what the school can just buy outright, there are a lot of other fundraising sorts of things going on for debt-retirement. This year a study of technology is being done, but some of the additional needed money needs to be donated.
The not-yet-gathered funds come to something like $15,000.
I’m currently tasked with looking for individuals or businesses that are able to help.
I would ask Charlton Heston, but he’s busy with guns and third-world poverty.
I think you’ve hooked into the wrong
mailing list — or at least take me
off this one.

Call up a company and tell them that you’ll put their logo on all of the monitors that they donate.
