We accepted an offer on our house a while ago. The bid we put in on a house was accepted. We’re living with Kate now, and it’s pretty comfortable.

We have had the closing date set for the two houses a few times but because of issues with our buyers, right now we’re not sure when the actual closings will be. Meanwhile, the old house is pretty much on lock-down. There are a few boxes left, but for the most part everything is in storage. I’m looking forward to the bills for the utilities, since there has been virtually zero use of electricity or anything else there in the last month.

Kate has been very hospitable, even while suffering through a virus that Tara and I both got and then gave to her. I am looking forward to getting into our new place, but where we are now is nice too.
