I recently visited the pre-opening (is that what its called?) of a new coffee shop and noted the great abundance of service representatives behind the counter… Well staffed? Over staffed? Either way, fast service.

Friends and Family night… thats what its called… and yes it was overstaffed cause we had all of the 15 people I trained there to hang out with friends.
